GH3039 is a single-phase austenite-type solid solution strengthening alloy, below 800 degree with moderate thermal strength and good thermal fatigue properties, 1000 degree below the good oxidation resistance. Long-term use of tissue stability, but also has good cold formability and welding performance. Suitable for long-term use of 850 degree below the aero-engine combustion chamber and afterburner parts. The alloy can produce sheet, bar, wire, pipe and forgings.

GH3039 Alloy Mechanical Properties
GH3039 high temperature alloy has the following mechanical properties:
Maintains high strength in high temperature environments, especially suitable for use in the range of 600–900 degree .

GH3039 alloy is suitable for various hot working processes such as forging, rolling and extrusion. The hot working temperature range is generally 1080–1150 degree .
Although GH3039 can be cold worked, its high strength makes cold working challenging and requires advanced equipment and technology.
GH3039 can be welded using conventional methods such as TIG (tungsten inert gas), MIG (metal inert gas), and resistance welding. Appropriate preheating and post-weld heat treatment are usually required to ensure welding quality.
